A seminar designed to help residents find out more about world oil depletion is being held Aug. 16 at Huntington Town Hall.
Sponsored by town councilman Mark Cuthbertson, the seminar is entitled Peak Oil: World Oil Depletion & The Coming Major Energy Problem. Isidore Doroski, chairman of the Riverhead Town energy advisory committee will lead the discussion.
The lecture will include a PowerPoint Presentation and video. The seminar will be in room 114 of 100 Main St. To RSVP, call Susannah Mrazek at 631-351-3270.
